Here’s how the course will help you to feel happier and more fulfilled:

Week 1

  • You will learn how our mood and the way we think about ourselves is affected by our environment, our interpretations and actions and what we all need to do to be able to love ourselves and create the life that we want.
  • You will find out what your true values are, the things that are really important to you in life. Not the superficial things that we are told to think are important by the media and world around us.
  • You will start to make a plan of what your ideal world will look like and how YOU can create balance in your life.

Week 2

  • In the second week, we look at the obstacles that are getting in the way of you creating the life that you deserve.
  • We will look at some of the negative ways you see yourself and how this has got in the way of you doing the things you want to do in life and living the life you really want.
  • We look at mums commonly put themselves at the bottom of the priority list and the causes and consequences of doing so.
  • You will start living in line with your values and experience first hand the benefits of doing so.

Week 3

  • By the third week you will be on the way to making the changes you need to feel happier, calmer and more balanced.
  • Through the experiences so far, you will understand deeply how we change the way we feel when we change the things we do.
  • You will have the chance to iron out any difficulties, and ask any remaining questions to ensure success after the course ends
  • Using what you have learnt on the course, you will create a long-term plan to help you on your journey to the life you want.

How it works

There will be one post each day that will guide you through the program with clear instructions about the steps you can take to feel happier, less stressed and more fulfilled with life.

We know how much a mum needs to do in a day so everything is sent in bite-size chunks which won’t take more than 5 – 10 minutes of your day at most.

You will be part of an amazing and supportive facebook group of women going through the same process with you for inspiration and support.

You will have access to bonus videos, tips and inspiration in the facebook group, all bitesize, if you want to go deeper into the topics.

There will be one live Q & A session each week and you are encouraged to ask any questions you have in the group. I will be there every step of the way with you to offer support, advice and guidance on your path to happiness.
