The way we learn to see ourselves is a result of our early experiences which shaped the filters through which we later interpret ourselves and the world around us. It might seem impossible to change the way you feel about yourself as you might believe everything that you think about yourself is true. But self-esteem and how we see ourselves is not set in stone. We all have the ability to change the way we think and feel about ourselves. You can too.

Based on CBT theory that has been proven to work, here’s how the course will help you to feel happier and more confident:

  1. Recognise the beliefs that you have about yourself that are causing you to feel bad and holding you back from living the life you deserve
  2. Understand exactly how and when these thoughts developed
  3. Learn the set of skills that you need to be able to change the way that you see yourself so that you feel more confident, deserving and happy
  4. Develop a plan for your future that will allow you to use these skills in any situation

How it works

This is a 12-week course

You will be sent one email a week to read through in your own time focusing on a different topic each week from how your low confidence developed and how it affects you to what to do about “mum guilt” and how to manage self-criticism

Each week there will be an exercise to work through that will help you to slowly make the changes you need in your life

We know how much a mum needs to do in a day so everything is sent in bite-size chunk. Tasks won’t take more than 10-20 minutes a day

You will be part of an amazing and supportive private facebook group of women going through the same process with you for inspiration and support

There will be daily tips, reminders and bonus tasks posted in the private facebook group to help you get the most out of the course

There will be a weekly live Q&A session
