  • You will create a long-term plan so that you are confident that you’ll be able to maintain your balance in the future.

What’s included:

4 weekly sessions where I will help you recognise and put into place the steps you need to take to create the balance you need in your life. You can revisit these as many times as you need to.

Weekly tasks designed for busy mums, to fit into your already busy life. These won’t take more than a few minutes of your day at most and will save you so much time in the long-run.
